Beyond the Group Photo: How to Turn a Corporate Event into an Emotional Marketing Asset

Corporate events are the most cost-effective opportunity to create real Employer Branding content. Add the right talent, and they become content employees share on their own.

Corporate Events: The Most Underpriced Employer Branding Content

Companies spend tens of thousands on a corporate event. Catering, venue, equipment, transportation, speakers, real budget. And then the event ends. What remains?

A group photo. A few Stories that disappeared at midnight.

Our approach is different: the event isn't the "event", the event is the raw material for production.

In the project we produced for Levi Strauss, we arrived at the corporate event like you arrive at a film set: with a script, with intention, and with clear knowledge of what we're taking out of it.

The Formula: Energy × Talent × Editing = Content That Lives

Why Talent Changes Everything

A simple question: what makes an employee watch a corporate event video twice, send it to a friend, post it to their Story?

Answer: because something unexpected happens in it that they haven't seen before.

Dudu Erez isn't just a "presenter", he's a value multiplier. His presence turns every interaction with an employee into a filmable moment. Every spontaneous reaction becomes content. His energy pulls people out of "relaxation mode" and into "participation mode."

And that's exactly what you need to film.

Talent Production Management: What It Means in Practice

Working with recognized talent doesn't end at "let's film together." It's a process:

Tailored scriptwriting: every talent has a language, rhythm, and comedy style. A "generic" script sounds forced. We wrote material created *for* Dudu Erez, not material Dudu Erez is supposed to say.

Schedule management: talent arrives for a defined time window. Every minute wasted on "maybe we'll try again" disappears. We arrived prepared: a scenes list ordered by priority, every location marked in advance.

Directing the spontaneous: one paradox of producing with comedians: the best moments are the "unexpected" ones, but they only happen when conditions allow them. We created situations where spontaneity *could* happen, then got out of the way.

Editing That Recreates Energy, Not Documents an Event

A fundamental difference: documentation shows what happened. Editing makes you feel what was there.

A standard recap video goes chronologically: opening, talks, food, dancing, goodbye. Accurate. Also boring.

Our approach: edit by energy peak. Open at the peak, "breathe" with beautiful human moments, second peak, a short toast that leaves emotion. The viewer doesn't know how long the event ran, they feel like they were there.

What Employees Get That They Didn't Expect

The Memento That Lives Forever

A group photo gets saved to Google Photos and forgotten. A video where Dudu Erez personally cheers you on, gets sent to your mother.

That's the difference between a memento and an emotional asset. One creates a memory. The other creates a bond.

The Internal Viral Effect

When an employee willingly shares a corporate event video, it's not "more content." It's Employer Branding at 100% organic reach, without a single shekel in advertising.

Think about what happens when half of a 200-person company's employees post the video to their Stories the day after the event. How many people see happy employees, laughing, connected to their company?

That's the most credible advertising there is.

Three Assets from One Production

1. Main film (2-3 minutes): for the intranet, YouTube, recruitment presentations.

2. Short clips (15-30 seconds): every peak moment with talent, perfect for Stories and Reels.

3. Employee interviews: "What did you tell friends about working with Dudu Erez?" Testimonial content that sells the company to candidates.

Who Is This Right For?

✅ Companies in active recruitment who want to show "what it's like to work here" ✅ Organizations with long-term employees who need a "reconnection" after hard periods ✅ Companies already organizing events who want to extract more from them ✅ HR managers tired of generic, boring Employer Branding content
